About Me

Hi! I am Tim Heck, and I am currently the assistant principal of Washington Middle School in the Vista Unified School District. My dissertation topic revolves around leadership in California middle schools which have exited program improvement. I am currently trying to discover (2) middle schools in San Diego county that were at least year 3 in PI and subsequently exited in order to conduct an in-depth case study.
