You look very good on TV! Is the lounge decorated yet? I can't wait to see pictures of the lounge redo. The hardest part may be to get people to positively rally around a purpose for regularly convening in the lounge. As Pink reminds us, purpose is key to motivation. Good luck with this project.
Sometimes a re-name can equal purpose. What would you predict might happen if your leadership team worked on the project named the new "Staff Learning Lounge", or " Staff's Learning Cafe"? Stay open to possibility.
